What you are describing happens when the application area has not been completely degreased. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with TK64. Thank you for telling us about your experience. This stuff was a huge waste of a lot of money. Drive the snowmobile across it and bow I have gouges in the flooring and rubber marks from the track. 24 hours later I remove the tape and in several area's the stuff peels right up. I followed the directions and put down two thick coats. I stored my trailer inside a 70 degree garage for 3 days before and 4 days after applying.
I think I would have been cheaper to put down new wood.

Will definitely buy again! It definitely gives the floor some good grip I used 3.5 gals on 8.5x20 enclosed trailer for 2 coats on the floor and 3 coats on the ramp. This stuff is awesome! It goes farther than you think it does. It does dry pretty rapidly so I found that you have to move quickly or it will leave lines where passes overlapped but with 2 coats it covered well and created a thick sturdy floor covering This stuff worked out pretty well overall and seems to have adhered well to the new decking in my trailer. Opened container: up to 6 month shelf life if stored between 40-75☏. Unopened container: 1 year shelf life stored between 40-75☏. Storage: Do not freeze and do not store under direct sun. Keep the cover in a dry and cool place and you will be able to reuse it without cleaning.

For longer storage periods, place the cover in a zip tie plastic bag and push out most of the air before closing. Simply wrap your wet cover in cellophane, wax or parchment paper. No need to rinse and clean your roller cover if you are planning to apply the second coat within a couple of days or even weeks.
